About Founder

Based in Dubai since 2008, Tahera has extensive experience in business development, client relations, marketing, sales management, and operations.

Before moving to Dubai, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business, specializing in Marketing and Communication, and gained corporate work experience.

After moving to Dubai, she continued her professional career while pursuing higher education and gaining additional educational qualifications. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Wollongong in Dubai (UOWD), along with professional certifications in Business Management and also in Business Operations from the same university.

The combination of academic knowledge and hands-on experience has given her a broad understanding of business strategy, operations, and the UAE business environment. Her experience working with multinational clients has given her valuable insight into different business cultures.

Tahera has been involved in establishing and managing various business ventures in the UAE, gaining clear perspective of the opportunities, challenges, and practical realities of UAE business.

She founded Mashoor in 2011 with a vision that has continued to evolve over the years. Her approach is not based on one-size-fits-all solutions. She believes that every client has different objectives and circumstances and deserves thoughtful support tailored to their individual needs.

She places great importance on professionalism, confidentiality, and building long-term relationships. Tahera is always open to learning, embracing new ideas, and creating something meaningful through her work.
